This corrected version will be available to you in your customer account.
In addition, we use the data for the following purposes:
- Communication, marketing and advertising in connection with LANGYARNS products & services
- Legal requirements (e.g. charging & paying country-specific sales tax)
- Business activities
- Compliance with the statutory obligation to preserve all business records
- Free correction of any purchased knitting patterns in your customer account
How we share your personal data
LANGYARNS does not share any personal data. We have never shared your data in the past, nor will we share your data with or sell it to third parties in the future.
Legal basis and legitimate interests concerning the use of personal data
Collecting the personal data we request from you is necessary to enable LANGYARNS to meet the legal requirements, e.g. the Europe-wide levy of country-specific sales tax on digital contents.
We may use your personal data for our legitimate interests in order to notify you of new products and services or further information on our business activities, e.g. via a newsletter.

LANGYARNS does not knowingly ask for any personal data from children and does not send them any requests to provide such data. While visitors of any age can use our website, we do not intentionally collect personal data of anyone under the age of 16. Credit card details and other payment information
We do not store any payment or credit card information. Such data is only used to process payments during a purchase.
